Results of Healthwatch Worcestershire “Awareness of the Care Act 2014” Snapshot Survey

Healthwatch Worcestershire undertook a “light touch” piece of work to find out more about the extent to which people had heard of the Care Act, and how they would find information about it. We also wanted to know about people’s use of and preference for online sources of information.
