Are you waiting for an Education, Health, and Care Needs Assessment?

Are you willing to share your experiences in our confidential survey?

We really want to hear from parent carers of children and young people (aged 0 to 25) with special education needs and disability (SEND) in Worcestershire. 

This confidential survey will ask about your experiences of the:

  • Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment Process
  • Quality of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
  • EHCP Annual Reviews

We appreciate every parent carer that has taken time to feedback previously and realise that this survey will take up more of your valuable time. 

By completing our survey, you will have the opportunity to enter the Free Prize Draw with a chance to win an iPad 10 or a £100 Amazon voucher. Closing date 30 November 2024.

Winners will be chosen randomly from those entering, and prizes will be awarded in December - just in time for Christmas.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. The closing date for entry to the prize draw is 30th November 2024.
  2. The winners will be chosen at random and will be notified by the middle of December 2024 via the email address they have provided.
  3. The prize will be delivered to the home address supplied – this must be a Worcestershire address.
  4. Any contact details provided will not be shared by Healthwatch Worcestershire.
  5. There will be 2 prizes.
  6. The first prize will be an iPad.
  7. The second prize will be a £100 Amazon Voucher.
  8. The prize draw is open to parent/carers who live in Worcestershire and have completed the Healthwatch Worcestershire EHCP survey.
  9. One entry to the prize draw may be submitted per household.
  10. Employees and Directors of Healthwatch Worcestershire are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

Young Peoples' Health and Emotional Wellbeing Report

The aim of the project was to hear young people’s views on their own physical health and their emotional wellbeing. It sought to understand where they looked for information about health and wellbeing both online and in person, and if there were any topics that they felt they did not have enough information on. It gave the young people an opportunity to feedback on their experiences of accessing emotional wellbeing/mental health support services.
